About
Paige Diako, CSB
Pelvic Health Specialist
Hi! I’m Paige, and I’m passionate about living with a pelvis that feels good. After recovering from chronic pelvic pain, I’m passionate about empowering others to feel good, too.
If you live with pelvic pain, discomfort or itchiness, painful sex, recurrent UTIs, incontinence, abdominal scars, prolapse, or other pelvic or abdominal concerns, and are ready to take your health into your own hands, you’ve come to the right place!
Trained in somatic sexology, scar tissue remediation and the GAPS diet, my practice is rooted in accessible action. Through our work you will gain the information you need for holistic self-healing by acquiring tools such as nervous system regulation, ancestral nutrition, at-home exercises, self-care practices, and folk herbal medicine in the Wise Woman Way of Healing.
Sessions
Through our work you will gain a deeper understanding of your mind-body and how to care for it. This is different for everyone. It could mean learning how to nourish oneself with food for one person, advocating for oneself within the medical system for another, or mastering nervous system regulation for someone else. Either way, my goal is to give you the tools you need to heal yourself.
"Paige instantly put me at ease. I always felt comfortable and seen during our sessions. She takes the time to learn the specifics of your case and doesn't try to push any one-size-fits-all approach. I would definitely recommend working with Paige if you're dealing with any sort of pelvic issues!"
— J, in-person client
"Paige provided me with deeper insight into my body and new approaches to my own sexuality. I really valued what a safe environment she created during our sessions. I recommend anyone who wants to get deeper in touch with their body and sexuality to see her."

FAQs
I'm experiencing ____,
is that something you work with?
Some common reasons clients choose to see me include:
Intersititial cystitis, vulvodynia, vaginal vestibulitis, chronic UTIs, PCOS, endometriosis, chronic yeast infections, digestive issues, c-section scar remediation, scar remediation after abdominal surgery, somatic sex education, non-hormonal birth control education, and (re)gaining a sense of embodied autonomy.
That being said, the best way to find out if we are a good fit in working together is to book a discovery call.
Is an in-person or online session right for me?
For our first session I recommend we meet in person. This allows for a hands-on assessment of your body. In-person sessions are most effective for the majority of people I work with, and particularly so for those experiencing pelvic pain.
Don’t live near Los Angeles? Online sessions are extremely effective in most cases. My goal is to give you the tools you need to heal yourself. Nutritional coaching, herbal consultation, physical exercises, and even many somatic exercises can be done over Zoom. Online sessions are also a great supplement to in-person sessions to address questions that come up during your healing journey.
If you’re still not sure, find out which type of session is right for you on a discovery call.
What results can I expect?
By committing to taking your health into your own hands, you can expect to come away from our sessions with a deeper understanding of your mind-body and how to care for it. This is different for everyone. It could mean learning how to nourish oneself with food for one person, advocating for oneself within the medical system for another, or mastering nervous system regulation for someone else. Either way, my goal is to give you the tools you need to heal yourself.
How much does each session cost?
A discovery call is $18 that can then be applied to your next session. Online sessions are $108/hr and in-person sessions are $126/hr with a $30 travel fee for sessions done outside of my home office.
I do not offer sliding scale prices. However, we may set up a payment plan to make sessions accessible and fit your budget needs.
"Working with Paige has been tremendously healing for my physical and emotional body. Her passion for what she does is clear in how committed she is to supporting her clients. She is incredibly intentional and open-minded in how she listens, responds, makes recommendations, and offers support. She made suggestions for how I could change my diet and my daily habits in accordance with my symptoms, and the positive effects of these changes were almost immediate. My symptoms subsided considerably after just a few weeks, and have remained much more manageable since I started working with her. Her knowledge is so vast, and she has helped co-create a relationship where I have felt safe enough to share so much of my truth. It is an honor to work with her!"
